離型紙生產注意事項 Notes for release paper production:

一、這種紙在貼的時候很好撕下來,但在一個周期(24小時)以后就難剝離,三個周期就拉不掉了。 這樣的離型紙主要是不穩定,紙張密度不好、涂布不均勻、它的防滲透力差,所以在貼一個周期的時候,膠能滲透到離型紙里面,所以無法剝離!所以必須更換密度比較好的,紙張比較好的,涂硅均勻的,比較穩定的紙張做低紙。

三、平時用來貼的這款膠帶都可以,但是模切以后很難排廢或者是因為產品太小不能剝離。這樣的情況呢就要注意了,有的是排廢過程中容易把產品帶起,這說明剝離力太輕,可以選擇稍重一點的試一下。如果是不能剝離或剝離不良這樣的情況也很正常(特別是無基材的),因為產品面積過小,在剝離力不夠輕在剝離的時候就容易造成變形等現象,所以必須用更輕的離型紙。 因為現在有很多用戶都反映有這種現象,其實離型紙不能完全靠剛開始的離型力來判斷離型紙的本質,因為不同的涂布方式'不同的原紙都會有不同的離型力周期.還有就是離型紙的防滲透力,市場上還有一種格拉辛是用蠟硅油涂的,表面很漂亮,而且剛開始帖貼合的時候離型力很輕,但過幾天后就撕不下來等現象,所以我建議用格拉辛最好還是用正品,不要用那些亂碼的.3M9460的膠性比較粘,所以離型紙必須用涂布均勻,輕離型的離型紙,建議用無溶劑上硅的離型紙. 大家在選擇離型材料的時候,要做三個周期的測試,更應該做15天的高溫高濕測試。 只有通過了這樣嚴格要求的離型紙,才是真正可靠的離型紙。
