深圳離型紙廠由于氣候的關系，電子模切工業冬季宜選用剝離力偏重的離型紙，夏季宜選用剝離力偏輕的離型紙。特殊需求的膠帶，在模切過程中使用的離型紙，需與離型供應商接洽。在作深度測試、對比后方可進行生產活動，以免成品產生質量問題。涂膠廠一般均選用高涂布量的離型紙，而復合廠一般均選用中等涂布量的離型紙，若是熱復合，也需要選擇高涂布量的離型紙，水膠僅需要低涂布量的離型紙即可，中等涂布量的離型紙適合油膠及保護膜使用，高涂布量的離型紙不適合保護膜使用。生產程序：這里重點是是否要沖壓或者切割,一般涉及到沖壓或者切割時,會要求離型紙的厚度,因為低克重的離型紙在用于沖壓的時候,不易沖斷,當然,這也和底紙的易碎度有關,易碎度不好的底紙在沖壓或者切割的時候會把紙和產品撕開.達不到理想或者說想要的效果。
